I used a Kinks tune for the title of this gallery, and this view reminds me of another of their great songs about a tranny called 'Lola'. During the early Nineties in London there was a feeling of decadance in the air with lots of young people with money to burn. The club scene flowered and flourished including glitzy scene venues like 'Kinky Gerlinky' where both gays and 'straights' cross-dressed and partied the night away and nobody worried about it.. Along the Embankment aboard an open-top Routemaster sightseeing bus visitors to 'Swinging London' can witness a man being turned into a dazzling transvestite for a fashion shoot..
