Gorlitz Bahnhof
As in Britain it seems
heartbreaking that tourists only seem to come and visit the best known
spots and the same applies even more so to Europe which is full of interesting
old towns with a long history. Gorlitz is a good example and as well as
being able to boast a walk down to the river with buidings either side
dating back to the Fourteen-Hundreds the head of the spotless main street
is crowned with an imposing solid railway station with a sumptuous interior
which in Britain we would describe as having a heavy 'Arts & Crafts'
influence.
