There is no record of Midland Red Leyland Leopard 6229 having been rebodied alongside others from this batch. When still little over ten-years-old and with only the front section of it's body remaining it seems a good bet and especially so as it was in a dealers yard. I don't know if this was one of the lucky ones but I remember this coach well as it was new to Stafford garage in 1969.
